Version 2 of Spooky's IMG Tool now has support for San Andreas meaning you can now edit the game as well as GTA3 and Vice City. Needed for a lot of mods including skins and vehicles.

When I began thinking of him as I fell asleep, I stopped having nightmares. I began to look forward to seeing him. For the first time since I arrived here, I was happy.
